AFFHUB AFFILIATE CULT 2026: HOW THE CONFERENCE IN KYIV WENT
AFFHUB is back in Kyiv. After more than a year’s hiatus, we held another major conference in the capital. And you know, despite everything, nothing can replace that feeling of “home,” and nothing can affect it—not even noticeable changes in the market.

Speaking of changes. You have to admit, we weren’t the only ones who felt like everything went well—interesting speakers, good organization, a great venue—but still, something just didn’t feel right. Indeed, the entire Ukrainian affiliate industry is currently in a bit of a crisis.
However, despite everything, the conference took place. And we were happy to see each of you there. After all, there is something that prevents the crisis from completely erasing the community’s history, and that is people.
AFFHUB AFFILIATE CULT is about people. A cult that unites everyone and continues to write history even in the industry’s toughest times.
We think you get what we’re talking about. Let’s take another look at how the conference went. If you were there—refresh your memories. If you weren’t there—immerse yourself in the event’s atmosphere right now.
How it all went?

Let’s start with the fact that the conference took place at a magical venue—Mayachok Event Hall. Since the venue itself is beautiful and “multi-faceted,” it was divided into four sections (excluding the entrance and reception area).
- The Expo Zone, where partner booths were set up;
- A hall with a stage and tables for Mastermind sessions;
- A lawn with various activities from partners;
- A courtyard with access to the river and a walking area.
It’s interesting that absolutely every part of the venue was filled with people. Let’s say, everyone found something to do and had a unique experience.

“Organizing an event for 1,000+ participants is a massive undertaking. The main reason we all come to such events is for networking and new insights. And the format handled this task perfectly!
For me, a partnership like this is always about maximum synergy: I gain visibility, and guests get a great opportunity to chat in person with experts. I always enjoy watching from the sidelines as people attend such a large-scale event for the first time—it’s genuine emotion and a powerful burst of energy.
There were moments I addressed right away that same day, because I value sincerity and honesty.
Was this conference perfect in a vacuum? Perhaps it didn’t quite meet the high bar for every single guest. Was it a failure? Absolutely not. The conference was definitely a success. Let’s appreciate that our industry is alive and coming together offline. Huge respect to the Affhub team for having the courage to take on such projects for our market today. Hugs to everyone!” says Roman Korchak, owner of the Telegram channel “Real Target” and business consultant.
Mastermind Sessions

Well, after the conference in Warsaw, we listened to the guests’ feedback and suggestions and made some improvements to our approach to running the mastermind sessions. This time, large screens were placed at each table so that speakers could display their presentations. In our opinion, this was both effective and practical.
Here’s how it went:
- 5 tables
- 25 speakers
- 25 unique presentations
Once again, experience has shown that this format works better than on-stage presentations. Everyone can choose the right vertical, talk to an expert in person, and ask any questions they’re interested in.

“Everything was great! The atmosphere, the organization, the people. We worked very productively,” shares Oleg Kupets, an affiliate marketer with over 5 years of experience in iGaming and over 15 years in marketing, and founder of KuPartners.
After-party and Charity Auction

Of course, no AFFHUB conference is complete without an after-party. And the highlight of the event is the charity auction. This time, four top lots were presented, for which participants paid a total of $12,750—a figure that was quite impressive to us. For comparison, during our previous event, the AFFHUB AWARDS CEREMONY BOHÈME, we managed to raise just under $2,000. That’s why we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to this fundraiser—you’re amazing. And here is the usual overview of the lots:
- The “Spirit of Indomitable Will” statuette from the soldiers of the 33rd Mechanized Brigade — purchased by Arknet for $3,500
- A captured PKM machine gun from the “Birds of Victory” Foundation — sold for $5,000
- Custom painting from the “Our Future” Foundation — purchased for $3,000
- LOT #4 Cheka and a mini-replica of the Su-27
- Cheka and a mini-replica of the Su-27 signed by Hero of Ukraine Major Denys Yudin, a military pilot — sold for $1,250
Immediately after that, the band PROBASS ∆ HARDI took the stage; they are known to many for their album “GOOD EVENING, WE’RE FROM UKRAINE!”
And later, of course, there was the traditional AFFHUB after-party atmosphere. A DJ, delicious food, drinks, and even more networking, all accompanied by an even better vibe.

We’d like to extend a special thank you to all 1,167 event participants, without whom the atmosphere wouldn’t have been so special. Thank you to the host, who coordinated everything from the very beginning and energized the venue. And of course, thank you to our partners, without whom this event would not have been possible:
- King Partners
- City Affiliate
- Scroogefrog
- Everad
- Sweeply
- BLA
- BingX
- TerraLeads
- TRAFFER
- NetHunt
- Lexicall
- NGM
- Playcash
- LeadingCards
- Makeberry
- Ezaff
- Apps4You
- ViewTraff
- DMND
Instead of a conclusion
Last year showed AFFHUB that anything is possible. Who said it would be easy? That’s right—no one did, because it’s never easy. But we’re here to keep improving and to build on our previous experiences each time.

“For me, AFFHUB conferences are always something special, like a big family gathering together in one place. Some people work with others, some don’t; some love each other, while others don’t really, but despite all that, we’re still one big family!
AFFHUB Affiliate Cult was no exception. A mix of networking, positivity, useful information, and media activity came together on May 15 at the “Mayachok” Event Hall. Some people say conferences drain them, but for me, they actually energize me! There were a lot of new faces at this conference, which shows that the industry is growing despite the situation in the country. My team and I filmed an awesome episode for YouTube, which is already being edited, and we also hosted a very fun and unique Yosa live stream.
In addition, I saw many old friends and partners and made a ton of new, valuable connections. For me personally, this conference was a special time, just like every Afhab conference! Thank you to the organizers for the high standard and the opportunity to attend such awesome events,” says Andriy Radchenko, owner of the eponymous YouTube channel and founder of a creative studio.

This conference once again showed us the value of the audience. This field isn’t just about work. It’s about a big family that can come together like this on a sunny May day and shine as a group once again, just as it always has. There’s more to come, isn’t there?
“Did the team do their best? Yes. Is this the result I want to see? No. That’s not bad; it’s natural. Will we make changes? Yes, my personal list of changes is already jotted down and will be implemented. But I’m grateful to the whole team, because I saw how much effort and energy you put into this conference. I can tell you love this project and are ready to give it your all to keep moving forward. And we definitely have a long way to go. So thank you to everyone who was with us. And know this—there’s more to come,” says Victoria, Head of Affhub.
See you at the next AFFHUB event, which will take place very soon in Warsaw. Stay tuned for all the updates so you don’t miss a thing.
