Coming soon to every media buyer: what to expect from Apple's presentation

Well, friends, starting September 1 😁. Unfortunately, August 32 doesn’t exist, and fall is already here. This means that Apple’s new presentation, the biggest tech event of the year, is just around the corner.

At conferences, every media buyer has an iPhone, so many will want to “upgrade” this fall. This is not surprising, since every media buyer needs high-quality equipment that won’t lag or freeze 😉.

Apple presentations are always intriguing. Today, we’ll tell you what to expect from the new products, what the assumptions are about the iPhone 17, the release date of the iPhone 17, and much more.

iPhone 17 release date

People have been wondering since the summer when the iPhone 17 will be released. Traditionally, Apple holds a presentation in the second week of September. The exact date is not yet known, but it is predicted to be September 9-10, 2025.

Everything is based on the usual pattern. First, there will be a presentation, and then 7–14 days after the official release, you will be able to purchase the iPhone 17 and other devices. 📱

This year, they plan to introduce the following models:

• iPhone 17;
• iPhone 17 Air;
• iPhone 17 Pro;
• iPhone 17 Pro Max.

What will the iPhone 17 be like?

They say that the iPhone 17 will surprise everyone with its changed design. The models will look more modern and aesthetic (we will soon see if this is really the case 😉).

The device’s body is planned to remain aluminum with a glass back panel, but the edges will be more refined. In terms of size, they may be slightly larger than the iPhone 16, as the display diagonal will also be increased. Dynamic Island will remain, but they intend to make it smaller.

Most interesting: What colors should we expect for the iPhone 17?

The brightness will most likely be the same as in the iPhone 16, but the palette will include:

• ultramarine;
• turquoise; 
• pink; 
• black; 
• white;
• and possibly a rich purple, which will be the highlight of the series. 

There may also be changes to the camera design. They say that the camera will now be horizontal (interesting, interesting…).

And let’s not forget about the new touch-sensitive side button for camera control and the Action Button for quick access to various other functions. (We’ll talk about the camera later).

Apple also plans to significantly improve the iPhone 17 display. It will now support a 120Hz refresh rate and ProMotion technology, which was previously only available on Pro models.

LTPO technology will ensure that iPhone 17 displays can dynamically change their refresh rate, which should help save energy. This also allows for the Always-On Display feature, which Pro model owners are already familiar with.

It is also expected that the iPhone 17 screen will have a diagonal of 6.3 inches. 

What about the battery?

This is a sore point for almost all Apple device owners. Yes, the devices are top-of-the-line, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to use, but their batteries, to put it mildly, are not very durable.

As always, we are promised improvements in battery life and energy efficiency. For example, the iPhone 17 Air should be able to withstand 22+ hours of video playback. In general, the wired charging speed of this new product will reach its maximum of 35W. 

There was also talk of a new battery mounting method that will simplify the process of removing the battery if it needs to be taken to a service center.

Cameras: what’s new this time?

This is what many people buy iPhones for. 

Front camera:

The new models will have an updated front camera with a resolution of 24 megapixels. 

This is twice the resolution of previous models. 

The camera will also get six-element optics for clearer details in your selfies (the quality will be better even in low light).

Main camera:

It may have two sensors. One of them may have a resolution of 48 megapixels. They say that photos will be high quality in any lighting conditions (we’ll see 😉).

What else is interesting:

Rumor has it that it may be possible to record video from the front and main cameras simultaneously. Also, variable aperture support will allow for better control of depth of field and adaptation to different lighting conditions. 

There has been speculation online that Apple may add a 3D content creation feature to the iPhone 17.

In short, the presentation will show whether these are just human guesses or our reality.
