AFFILIATE AGGREGATOR CONF 2025: How the AFFHUB conference went in Warsaw

Here it is, the first AFFHUB conference in a long time. Why Warsaw? Because this city has become one of the largest centers of the affiliate community in the world. It is here that the atmosphere of development reigns, new opportunities arise, and you can feel that same working vibe. And that is why AFFHUB went there.

For those who participated, we invite you to refresh your memory and immerse yourself in warm memories. And for those who, unfortunately, were not there, we invite you to read this report and feel the vibe of AFFHUB AFFILIATE AGGREGATOR CONF, which took place in Warsaw on October 3, 2025.

“I liked everything and I’m glad to see you here because you haven’t been here for a long time. It’s very interesting, and it’s a very useful thing for recruitment history,” says Victoria Tikhachova, CEO of Devils.

The conference was held at Expo XXI Warsaw. This time, we divided the location into two parts. The first was the EXPO ZONE, where all the stands were located. Here you will find photo zones, a food court, bars from our partners 🤫, a bridge zone where you can learn about your future, and the opportunity to network and make new acquaintances. The second part was the area where our large, bright stage was located (which, by the way, received a lot of positive feedback) and six tables for Mastermind.

We were asked why the Mastermind area was next to the stage and not next to the stands. And we’ll tell you that we did it for a reason 😉. The new six-table format requires more space. So we decided it would be much better to separate them from the noisy crowd of people who were eagerly wandering around the stands and chatting with each other.

“I liked the conference. First of all, I liked the number of people — it was really cool. I made a lot of new friends today. By the way, the food court area is very cool. Delicious! Although, the pancakes are veery delicious 😁. In general, all the service staff are so attentive and polite. I was also very impressed by the main stage — the screens, the lighting. It looks just great!” says Inna Gagarina, Founder & Co-owner of G.Partners.

How did Mastermind go?

We had five rounds of Mastermind, each lasting 45 minutes. As we mentioned, there were six tables: iGaming, iGaming 2, Nutra, Dating, Crypto, and C-level.

“We saw Sasha, and we respect her for building all this. As someone who works in events, I know how difficult it is. The idea with the speakers is also quite interesting,” says Victoria Bakalova, Founder & CEO of YAB, Co-owner of TFB.Events.

“I agree with what was said about the speakers, it’s a really interesting format with a mastermind. It’s very cool, we like it,” added Rostislav Potapenko, Owner of LEGENDS TEAM.

We decided to choose this format because it gives listeners the opportunity to communicate directly with the expert speaker. Everything takes place in a dialogue format. This allows you to feel a better connection and ask anything that interests you in real time. No canned speeches, everything is real, lively, and honest. We think this is exactly what people like best and gives them the opportunity to feel like a real participant in the process.

“The conference is cool! Masterminds is a pretty flexible format. I talked to people sitting at the tables. It’s really cool that it’s direct “question-answer” communication. Overall, the conference is awesome, I think everyone here will say, “Cool, I liked it.” Thank you!” says Myroslav Lyaskovets.

After Mastermind, as at every AFFHUB conference, there was a traditional prize draw. This time, the partners prepared such great prizes that it would have been a sin not to take part in the draw.

What happened next?

Next, it was time for the long-awaited AFTERPARTY. 🤫

First, it’s important to do good deeds, and then relax, right? So, we started with a charity auction, where we raffled off three lots:

The first lot from Arknet — a trophy FPV drone, which was captured by soldiers of the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade “Kholodny Yar” while repelling an enemy assault.

It was won by David from Gallery Of Leads for $1,700: The proceeds will go towards the rehabilitation of a soldier from the reconnaissance company of the 103rd Brigade of the TRO (specifically, for stabilisation surgery on the lumbar spine — the total amount raised is 500,000 UAH).

The second lot from AFFPRO is an ATACMS rocket mount + silver HIMARS installation. The lot was created by a soldier from the 138th Special Forces Center. The installation is an exact replica of the American HIMARS rocket system, made by the author from pure silver.

This lot consists of two parts: ATACMS rocket mount: a unique artifact that was supposed to remain inside the launcher, but due to a technical defect, it flew out and became one of a kind. Silver HIMARS installation: an exquisite work created by a soldier as a symbol of restoration and indestructibility.

It was taken away (NDA) for $5,000: The proceeds will go to support the work of the author and his comrades.

The third lot from the Our Future Foundation is boxing gloves autographed by the undefeated Oleksandr Usyk, world heavyweight champion. These are not only memorable valuables, but also symbols of the strength of the nation, self-belief, and the thirst for victory that begins today and will go down in history for future generations.

Sold (NDA) for $3,300: All proceeds from the lot will go to help elderly people in de-occupied villages and frontline areas of Ukraine.

Thanks to you, we managed to raise $10,000. Thank you to everyone who participated in the charity auction.

Now we can relax with a clear conscience. Visitors found out who the star guest of AFFHUB AFFILIATE AGGREGATOR CONF was. We were visited by DJ OMNIA, who has twice been named one of the world’s 100 best DJs by the prestigious DJ Mag Top 100 DJs ranking. At this point, the real Afterparty began. It was bright, loud, fun, and unforgettable.

Well, to sum up, the AFFHUB AFFILIATE AGGREGATOR CONF conference was a complete success! This is a very valuable experience for us, and we are glad that we finally entered the bourgeois market for the first time in a long time. We are grateful to all the participants who were able to attend, and we appreciate your comments and opinions, as we will take all of this into account when organizing future events.
