TRIBE: How the AFFHUB conference went in Lviv

Some people know Vynnyky for its beautiful nature. Others have heard of this small town near Lviv thanks to its local football club. However, the affiliate community knows that Vynnyky is home to the hottest conference in western Ukraine. This year’s *BASH ARBITRAGE: TRIBE was no exception. Read this report from AFFHUB Media to find out how it went.

Last year’s location caused quite a stir in the industry. Emily Resort is perhaps one of the best venues for such events. After all, it offers incredible scenery, the tranquility of the mountains, and wildlife, while also providing modern amenities for everything you need.

In addition, last year’s conference in Lviv received an award from Buyer Media as the best event of 2024. That is why this year AFFHUB decided to once again gather more than 1,200 participants at this location.

“Thank you for the new place of power for many arbitrageurs. Emily is what you got right a year ago, and it will always work. After all, it is a combination of work and leisure. I didn’t see any sad people here all day. And it doesn’t matter whether their traffic is converting or not,” says Roman Chesanovsky, owner of Traffic.one, BigTraff.partners, OneBot.tech, and Traffic One Academy.

The conference location was divided into two parts. The first part was the area where the Mastermind sessions took place. After the conference in Kyiv, AFFHUB realized that this format was much more comfortable for everyone, so it was refined and presented to the affiliate community.

“I come to AFFHUB knowing 100% that it will be great. It’s not like you’re going into something unknown, feeling nervous and worried about how you’ll come across. It’s like going to a pleasant meeting with old friends. When I come to AFFHUB, I know for sure that I am in the right place, among my people. And that motivates me to keep working,” says Kostya, Creative Director of Wild Wild Group.

There were also booths where you could network during breaks, find partners, discuss the latest news in the industry, and just have a great time.

“AFFHUB is as good as ever, the location is top-notch. Finally, we can smoke hookahs not only at the afterparty, but also in the main area. There is enough food, which is always important to me. The booths are beautiful and new. And, of course, the top-notch Mastermind format,” says Evgeny from PIN-UP Partners.

After the Mastermind sessions, there was the traditional prize draw, after which the guests moved to the second location — the afterparty at Emily Resort Aquatoria. A year ago, it was at Emily that the well-known Aziz Godzatov made his first appearance on the affiliate scene. Since then, it has become a tradition for AFFHUB events. And BASH ARBITRAGE TRIBE 2025 was no exception.

“A very cool location – it’s just wow, very atmospheric. Lots of cool booths, creative, cool. Lots of people, useful connections. And overall, lots of networking,” says Masha, PR Manager at 1win Partners.

Of course, every AFFHUB conference includes a charity auction. This year, three lots were presented and about $9,000 was raised. Here is the information on all the lots:

The lot from AFFPRO, a Bluetooth speaker adapted to the body of a Soviet MON-90 mine, was purchased by 044 Agency for $2,000. The money will go to the 138th Special Purpose Center.
A lot from representatives of the Main Intelligence Directorate: a UAV painted with Ukrainian ornamentation and signed by the head of the GUR, Kirill Budanov, purchased by NDA for 100,000 UAH. The money will go towards the purchase of an FPV kamikaze drone with BABAY Heavy fiber optics.
A lot from the charitable foundation NASHE MAIBUTNE — boxing gloves belonging to Ukrainian champion Alexander Usyk, purchased by Vadim from DepTeam for $4,100. The money will go to help elderly people in de-occupied cities and villages close to the fighting.

What happened next? The guests finally found out who the secret guest of the afterparty would be. It turned out to be the band TNMK, which the vast majority of conference participants grew up listening to. And they certainly know how to get the audience going. The conference closed with a traditional DJ set.

“Great, good impression. I liked the location the most. A very large complex, green, cool landscape. There is a lot of space inside. I think that’s a great advantage. It’s great that you worked on the issues with the masterminds. We were very nervous about the first booth and spent a long time preparing for it. But we are very happy to make our debut with you,” says the CEO of 044 Agency.

“The conference is top notch. It’s great that the location is not in Kyiv. After all, besides work, there is also an opportunity to relax. Many people stayed at the hotel, so networking takes place over several days. There are a lot of people to talk to. Those who are not sitting still here can earn money, collaborate, and recruit people to their team. That’s why it’s a great format,” says Bogdan Tymoshchuk, Co-Founder of Toba, Owner of Telegram channels with 7 million subscribers.
