149% ROI on Tier-3: case 044 AGENCY in Bangladesh
On the market, you can often hear phrases like “gambling no longer brings as much profit as it used to” or “nowadays, a 50% ROI is already a top indicator.” However, we at 044 AGENCY think differently. Today, we will talk about our work on Tier-3 GEO, which brought us $55,800 in net profit in a short period of time. Let’s analyze how it happened.
General information:
- GEO: Bangladesh (BD)
- Campaign duration: October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
- Source: Demand Gen (Google Ads)
Key figures:
- Expenses: $37,200
- Revenue: $93,000
- Profit: $55,800
- ROI: 149%
- Number of installations: 85,000
- Number of deposits: 3,000
- CPA: $31 per deposit

Thanks to high-quality analysis and a responsible approach to preparation, the team managed to reach a stable scale with a predictable CPA. Google Ads in BD allowed us to maintain an ROI >149% with a gradual increase in budgets without a sharp decline in traffic quality.
Why we chose this GEO
Many people have the impression that Tier-3 GEOs are not about big profits. And only beginners should go there to get some experience. In practice, however, a number of Tier-3 GEOs deliver stable and high results, primarily due to their population size. Bangladesh is one of them. Here is some brief information about this GEO:
- Country: Bangladesh
- Population: 170 million
- Language: Bengali
- Currency: Bangladeshi taka (BDT)
Before launching, we studied this GEO in detail and came to the following conclusions about the nuances of working in the Bangladeshi market:
- Audience purchasing power: low-medium, but this is offset by volume and low cost per impression and click;
- Regulation: gray market where iGaming advertising is restricted;
- Content: significant consumption of video content;
- Devices: Mobile-first GEO.
How we tested the connection
After analyzing the GEO, we saw its potential and moved on to testing. In short, this is how it happened:
- First 3 seconds of the video
- Different formats (Shorts vs. In-Stream)
- Different calls-to-action
It should be noted that testing took place not only before the launch, but also throughout the campaign — quick sprints lasting 2–3 days.
When analyzing the test results, decisions were made based on CPI, CPA, ROI, and uEPC metrics.
As a result, we kept the creatives that showed the most stable CPA and good scalability.
What approaches were used in the work
As we have already mentioned, we chose Google, namely Demand Gen, for our work. We have a long-standing relationship with this source — we wrote about it more in another article. The settings were configured for Android devices, as they are used by the majority of the population. After successful testing, we moved on to scaling, which took place as follows:
- Smooth budget increase every 7–10 days
- Duplication of campaigns with working creatives
- Expansion of audiences without strict restrictions, which allowed for growth
- Stable creatives, low CPI, and the right balance between reach and quality

What creatives were used
Since most of the population in Bangladesh prefers video content, we concluded that it would be better to use dynamics in our work. Video length – 15-20 seconds. The main messages used in the creatives:
- Easy play
- Win rewards
- Simple mobile fun
Triggers that showed the best results:
- Demonstration of winnings
- Fast gameplay
- Bright visual elements
It should be noted that people in Bangladesh are very fond of everything bright. Adding gold to creatives, as well as people who react enthusiastically to winnings, is one of the best approaches for this GEO.
In terms of visual approaches, we used screen recording, fast cuts, and minimal text. In other words, we placed maximum emphasis on speed and emotions.
There were also a number of approaches that did not work in the tests. Among them:
- Long videos (30+ seconds)
- Explanatory videos
- Overly “premium” design
In summary
This case proves that gambling continues to bring a stable and high ROI if the right sources and approaches to the audience are chosen. Demand Gen in Bangladesh has shown high efficiency in the long term. In 3 months, we managed to build a scalable model with predictable metrics and stable profits, which makes GEO promising for further growth.
