What the “healthy arbitrager’s” funnel looks like in 2025

Oleg Kupets is an affiliate marketer with over 5 years of experience in iGaming and over 15 years in marketing. He presents case studies at industry conferences and actively develops the community of arbitrageurs in Ukraine. He is the founder of KuPartners, a private affiliate network that works with Tier 1 and Tier 2. He is also the owner of Telegram channels on arbitrage, pwa.pro, kuSpend agency accounts, and other projects: KUPETS_TRAF, ФЕЙСБУКович, KuParthers, Pwa.pro.

🔥 In 2025, arbitrage has become even tougher. I see it every day in my work – we launch dozens of streams, talk to advertisers, test bundles. That’s why this article isn’t theory but a summary of what really works in the field. Competition is off the charts. And those who still run crashes and misleads risk not only draining their budget but also losing the advertiser’s trust forever. We’ve put together a complete guide for those who want to build a systematic and profitable approach – without toxic schemes.

🚫 Crashes and misleads: slow suicide of your traffic

Crashes haven’t worked for a long time. It’s like using a 2007 creative – it looks pathetic. Due to the hype around “misleads”, advertisers started to:

  • tighten KPIs
  • ban traffic in batches
  • ignore offers, even if you’re a decent web

The market is stuffed with “crashes, misleads, misslots” and fake promises.
No offer → no trust → no approval → no ROI.

💀 Crashes ≠ arbitrage.
Crashes = burned profit, lost advertiser trust, and long-term loss. Advertisers aren’t doing charity – they pay for traffic that pays off. And if you want to run longer than two launches – you need to realize this.

🎯 Slot-based approach – the choice of those still in the game.

Want stability and predictability?
Go to the advertiser.
Ask about top slots for a specific GEO/offer.
Pick the ones where there is:

  • high LTV
  • good retention
  • adequate support

Start a test → check the data → scale.
Slots are what work. It’s not fraud. It’s not a mislead. It’s a direct offer.

🧠 What your funnel should look like

  1. Advertiser:
  • GEO / age / gender / placement / OS
  • Optimization, goal, pixel
  • PWA or iOS variants

2.Creatives:

  • With bonuses that actually exist on the offer
  • With real emotions
  • Reviews? Yes! But in your own words, not templated
  • Language – local, dialect – on point

3.PWA:

  • Should logically continue the creative
  • If there was a bonus on the banner – write it in the text
  • If there were emotions – continue the story in PWA: “95% of players from GEO play this slot”
  • Add another bonus that wasn’t in the creative but actually exists on the offer. This works better – the user feels they got more than expected

4.Domain:

  • Name resonates with the offer/slot/PWA
  • If you don’t mind – make a “spy-proof” brand

5.Push:

  • Not a standalone entity but part of the funnel storyline
  • Matches the PWA + offer style
  • More about pushes – in a separate article (coming soon)

✅ Healthy funnel checklist:

  • Creative with emotion + real bonus from the offer
  • PWA as a continuation of the creative’s story
  • One more bonus in PWA that wasn’t in the creative, but is in the offer
  • Real local reviews with dialect and informal language
  • Domain resonates with the offer / slot / brand
  • Push notifications as a logical continuation of the offer
  • Clean tech implementation (pixel, tracking, Keitaro)
  • Constant communication with the advertiser: requests, coordination, transparency

🧨 What happens if you ignore this?

❗ Remember: the user sees your creative, clicks – and what next?

👉 If the funnel falls apart after the click – they just leave
👉 If the PWA doesn’t meet expectations – they close it
👉 If there are no bonuses or they’re fake – they won’t come back

💸 And you spent money. And didn’t even realize where you leaked.
