The loudest stand at AFFHUB conference: how Gorilla Partners set a new level

On March 7, the largest conference in the affiliate marketing industry from AFFHUB – *bash Arbitrage: Pidpal took place. 7000+ m² of expo space, more than 2000 sold tickets and participants, as well as the largest networking stand from the general sponsor of Afterparty – Gorilla Partners.

This was Gorilla Partners’ first large-scale presence at the conference, as a stand of this level cannot be created in a day. The design, technical part, and content development took more than five months by GP’s internal team and partners to make the official offline meeting not just bright, but truly unforgettable.

An impressive scale

6 meters wide and 14 meters in length – Gorilla Partners’ stand left no chance of being unnoticed in the IEC pavilion. Giant LED screens around the perimeter with branded slogans, terms of cooperation, and a real affiliate jungle vibe literally immersed guests in the world of the affiliate program. The stylish dark design with neon green accents created a premium atmosphere.

But GP impressed not only with its scale, but also with what was happening inside!

Hostesses, a bar, cocktails, and an incendiary atmosphere

As soon as visitors entered the booth, they were greeted by professional hostesses who helped them find the right brand representatives, registered them in the affiliate network, and answered all their questions.

A separate highlight was the bar area. Professional bartenders offered drinks for different tastes and prepared more than 1000 signature cocktails for guests during the conference.

Music, dancing and a secret place

For the afterparty GP also began to warm up a few hours beforehand – the hot atmosphere was kept at its maximum thanks to a separate DJ zone. Undersoul, a resident of KURENI, kept the heat on with a three-hour set. The performance was complemented by professional dancers, whose outfits were designed to match the general mood and atmosphere of the stand – a new look at the digital jungle.

For important negotiations, a secret room was also developed – a stylish lounge area where partners could discuss business and future cooperation in a comfortable atmosphere.
