Cooperation Details

The client contacts SmartShop through the Telegram bot and specifies the required account type, GEO, and registration format. After that, the SmartShop team selects a suitable account and provides access.

The client receives the Apple ID login and password, email access, a Telegram chat for receiving 2FA SMS codes, and, if needed, cookies or transfer to OctoBrowser.

Payment for an account is made after receiving and checking it. The client first checks login access, account details, and App Store Connect, and only after that pays for the order.

The warranty is valid for 7 days from the moment of delivery, provided that the account has not been used: no apps were uploaded, no users were added, and no devices were linked. If an unused account gets banned during the warranty period, SmartShop provides a replacement.

SmartShop also helps with operational issues that may appear before app upload or during account usage: DSA, tax forms, additional verifications, App Store Connect questions, 2FA, and access-related issues.
