How to save money for your own apartment in 2026 in Ukraine?

So, if you have put aside all your doubts and firmly decided that you need to start saving, let’s break down this important process, which requires tremendous responsibility.

There is a belief that it is not those who earn money who are rich, but those who know how to save it. And this is true, because if you earn money and spend it all in a week, there is little point in having that money. At best, you get short-lived joy from buying something you don’t need. When we save (even 10% of our salary), the savings seem meager at first. However, after six months, you will see that the amount is getting better and better.

To start saving for an apartment, you need to follow this plan:

Set a goal (in our case, it’s an apartment);
Research apartment prices in your city;
Calculate your savings (if you already have any)
Calculate how much you need to earn with your current salary.
To start with, you can save 10-20% of your salary each month (this makes it easier to get used to saving money regularly).
Then try to increase the amount you save.

❗️Important: To apply for a mortgage, you must have official income. Therefore, the arbitrator will have to accept payments on an individual entrepreneur basis for at least six months. However, it is really worth it, as everything is arranged as conveniently as possible, which makes purchasing your own home more realistic and less problematic.

How to apply for a mortgage through eOselya?

You need to submit an application through the Ukrainian app Diia;
Next, you will receive offers from banks — you need to choose one of them;
Find the desired home and submit all the necessary documents to the bank;
Then go through the stage of verification of the documents provided;
And finally — conclude a contract of sale of the apartment with the bank.

There are also free courses on YouTube on this topic, where everything is explained in detail, teaching you from scratch how to generate images, convert them into videos, add sound, edit, and so on.

High competition;
At the beginning, you will need to spend money on the necessary AI services that help you create content. But it’s really worth it, because it can bring in crazy money later on.

Pros:
