+300% partner growth and the launch of an analytics hub: How Makeberry Affiliates redefined scale in 2025

By 2025, it became clear that most friction between media buying teams and products isn’t caused by traffic volumes or budgets. The real challenge lies in how results are measured. When each side relies on its own metrics, the idea of ‘quality traffic’ quickly loses clarity. That’s why, throughout the year, Makeberry Affiliates focused on transparent analytics and straightforward communication with partners.

This approach became the foundation for all key changes in 2025, from rapid growth of the affiliate network to the launch of Makeberry Affiliates’ own analytics platform. Below, we highlight the key results achieved over the year and explain what they mean for partners in practice.

Moving beyond the traditional affiliate network

In 2025, Makeberry Affiliates continued to expand its affiliate network ecosystem by adding new offers, onboarding new brands, and scaling existing directions. At the same time, the team took a strategic step forward by becoming a direct advertiser for 3 products: WinSpirit, RocketPlay, and LuckyHills.

The team gained direct influence over the product, enabling data-driven decisions based on the full player journey. For partners, this meant clearer and more direct communication, faster approvals, transparent analytics, and more flexible monetisation models.

Building the foundation of an analytics hub

The next logical step in Makeberry Affiliates’ development was the creation of Makeberry Hub – an analytics platform designed for structured and high-quality traffic management. The platform brings together data from media buying and product teams, highlights strengths and gaps on both sides, and makes it easier to align expectations and traffic requirements based on real performance metrics.

An additional focus of the platform is supporting media buying teams during the scaling stage. Makeberry Hub is designed to provide access to budgets, infrastructure, and bizdev support needed for effective scaling.

Scaling the team and key directions

To keep up with its growth, Makeberry Affiliates doubled its team in 2025. This made it possible to scale core directions without compromising quality and delivered strong, measurable results across all areas:

🍓 Over the year, the team held 10,000+ conversations with potential partners. This provided a deeper understanding of real market needs and led to 300% growth of the partner network.

🍓 The affiliate ecosystem expanded significantly, with 224 new brands onboarded, an 80% increase in advertisers, and traffic scaled across 196 GEOs. For partners, this translated into a broader selection of offers, greater flexibility in testing, and more opportunities to scale across different models.

🍓 The Influence Team demonstrated particularly strong performance in 2025, delivering +500% RFD and +1386.61% product GGR. These results confirmed the direction’s potential, and in 2026 Makeberry Affiliates plans to develop it further as a dedicated B2B unit.

🍓 The Affiliate direction also reached a new milestone: the number of active partners grew by 76%, while GGR increased by 276% compared to the beginning of the year and by 120% year-on-year.

🍓 PR and Event activities were equally productive. Throughout the year, Makeberry Affiliates took part in 12 conferences and meetups, sponsored 5 industry events, and made its debut with the berry good booth at SiGMA Rome. This strengthened brand visibility and created additional touchpoints for partner communication.

Looking ahead to 2026

After a year of significant change, Makeberry Affiliates is moving into a phase of more focused and controlled scaling. In 2026, the company will prioritise areas that have already delivered stable, consistent results. These plans include expanding the portfolio of products operated as a direct advertiser, further scaling Makeberry Hub, launching an in-house AI influencer, and strengthening the brand’s presence in the global iGaming market.
