Privacy Policy

This agreement is concluded between Affhub.com (Administration/Company/Site) and the User – a Person who visits the Affhub.com website and uses the presented materials for their own purposes. The User Agreement regulates the procedure for the User’s interaction with the Site and the User’s use of any resources, materials, services and information presented on Affhub.

What data does the site collect?

Affhub collects and stores information necessary for the User’s comfortable interaction with the system.

Name;
Mobile phone number;
E-mail;
Telegram nickname.
All data is provided by the User at his own request.

The confidentiality of such data, mobile phone number, email and Telegram nickname is guaranteed by storage in the Site system and access only by full-time employees, as well as third parties, if they are the Organizers of the Event for which the User applies.

Confidentiality of such data as the Name is not guaranteed if the User did not use the Name to provide personal information to Affhub, but to speak on behalf of the User in the Comment format.

Use of data

The chapter describes why Affhub may offer the User to transfer information to the company.

Name:

Registration in Events, Meetings and other events;
Leaving comments under the materials of the Site, if possible.

Mobile phone number:

Registration in Events, Meetings and other events.

Email:

Registration in Events, Meetings and other events;
Leaving comments under the materials of the Site, if possible;
Receiving newsletters from the site.

Telegram nickname:

Registration in Events, Meetings and other events.
Storage of information and transfer to third parties

Information that is not used for registration on any forms of events under the auspices of Affhub and other Organizers is not transferred to third parties.

The information used for registration on any form of the Event is transferred to the Organizer for processing, providing the User with access to the Event.

By leaving his Data in the form of registration for any form of Events, the User gives his consent to the transfer of Data to a third party (the Organizer) and his use of the Data for his own purposes, which do not concern Affhub.

User data may be transferred to relevant regulatory authorities, provided they comply with all requirements of current legislation.
