AFFHUB CPA VOICE 2026 “Angels & Demons”: a new format that’s sure to make an impact

AFFHUB is here, and we’re excited to announce our annual awards — CPA-Voice 2026. Every year, our audience selects the best representatives of the Ukrainian affiliate market across dozens of categories. This year, we’ve decided to radically change the voting format. However, one key aspect remains the same: it’s the market that determines who was truly at the top.

In this article, we’ve traditionally compiled answers to all the key questions — why we decided to introduce a new voting format, how this year’s AFFHUB CPA-Voice 2026 will unfold, and, of course, how to participate in Ukraine’s largest affiliate awards

Key information

To start with, here are the key figures for those who don’t want to read the entire text (though you’d be missing out — there’s a lot of important information there):

  • Application period: September 17 — November 30;
  • Voting format: in-person;
  • Voting and awards ceremony date: December 18;
  • Voting and awards ceremony venue: “Parkovy” Exhibition and Convention Center;
  • Who can apply to participate: anyone who meets the criteria for each nomination;
  • Who will select the winner: 50 judges from three different categories.

Why we decided to change the voting format

Until this year, AFFHUB traditionally held online voting. This year, we decided to switch to an offline format. More details on this in the next section. For now, let’s explain why we decided to take a new approach.

Every year, the online voting process raised many questions among the audience. The two key issues were vote rigging and accusations of selling spots. While we could guarantee that no spot was sold to anyone, we were unable to completely eliminate the problem of vote rigging.

Last year, we tried to make it harder to rig the vote by adding new verification methods via Instagram and Telegram. And it worked. The number of bots in last year’s vote dropped by 30%. But, first of all, there were still bots. And second, it made the voting process much more complicated for real people. At peak times, the verification systems could take a long time to process a request. And constant attacks took the site down several times, no matter how hard we fought them.

As a result, we eliminated most of the bots (we can’t say with 100% certainty that all of them were removed). This affected not only the companies that were inflating their own vote counts but also those who had nothing to do with the vote rigging. However, because unscrupulous companies tried to hide their vote rigging by casting votes not only for themselves but also for other companies or individuals in other categories, there were questions raised about several of the audience’s winners. And we fully understand their reasoning. However, at that time, our key priority was precisely to remove all bot votes.

This year, we decided to try holding the voting offline. First, this completely eliminates the possibility of any vote rigging by bots. Second, it’s truly something new and interesting. So, here’s how it will work — we’ll explain further below.

AFFHUB CPA-Voice 2026 Timeline

  • Voice of the Industry
  • Owner/CEO of the Year
  • Breakthrough of the Year
  • Employer of the Year
  • Collaboration of the Year
  • Provider of the Year

If you’d like to apply for one or more categories, or if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Nikita via PM on AFFHUB Media. The application period will remain open until November 30. And let’s be clear: if you think you still have plenty of time, you’d better think again — last year, many people missed the deadline and weren’t able to apply. Another reason to apply as soon as possible is that the earlier you fill out the application, the higher your company will appear on the list. Consequently, more people will see it. So it’s best not to delay.

Next, let’s go through the entire timeline. Starting October 1, the website will be available, where you can view all the nominees and purchase tickets (at this stage, we also recommend not delaying — the sooner you buy your ticket, the cheaper it will be).

From October 1 through November 30, we’ll be adding new participants. Once the deadline passes, we’ll officially announce that submissions are closed. If, by that point, any category has fewer than two participants, that category will be removed from the voting.

On December 18, two events will take place simultaneously. First, the voting itself. And second, the awards ceremony for the participants. All of this will take place at the “Parkovy” Exhibition and Convention Center — a venue familiar to us all — during the “Angels & Demons” party.

Now that we’ve covered the timeline, let’s move on to the key details: how the voting will work.

How the AFFHUB CPA-Voice 2026 Voting will work

Let’s make it clear right away that offline voting won’t follow a “whoever bought a ticket gets to vote” format, in case that’s what you were thinking. This year, the winners will be selected by judges from three categories:

  • Last year’s winners;
  • Industry influencers;
  • C-level executives from large companies.

There are 50 judges in total. All of them must cast their votes for the participants on the day of the voting. A separate area will be designated for this purpose at our event—you definitely won’t miss it.

!!! Important — voting will take place only during the first two hours after the event begins. After that, it will be impossible to cast a vote. Therefore, please do not be late.

Please note that we understand the circumstances we are currently facing. Therefore, in the event of force majeure preventing a judge from attending the event in person, they may delegate their vote to another person from their company. However, the organizers must be notified in advance. In the event of critical force majeure circumstances on voting day, we are also preparing the option for in-person online voting. However, this is more of an exception, so we ask that you not abuse this opportunity and still attend the event in person.

Among the list of judges, the third category — “C-Level Executives from Large Companies” — may raise some questions. We’d like to clarify right away that you can submit an application on behalf of your company to participate in the voting. To do so, you must fill out the form available at the link. Important: if you or your company already has a representative among the judges in other categories, you cannot apply for this position. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. There are a total of 10 spots available in this category. If your application is approved, you will be officially notified.

After voting, we’ll quickly tally all the votes. And within a few hours, we’ll announce the winners on stage.

In case you have any further questions

This section is intended solely to provide answers to frequently asked questions.

Where can I buy a ticket for AFFHUB CPA VOICE 2026 “Angels & Demons”?

Tickets will be available starting October 1. On that day, we’ll update this section and add a link. We’ll also announce the start of ticket sales on our social media channels.

Will voting be anonymous?

Participants will be verified before voting, so participation won’t be anonymous. However, the results of their votes will be anonymous.

Can judges vote for their own company?

Since the votes will be anonymous, we cannot monitor this issue. Therefore, to avoid speculation on this matter, we have decided to officially allow judges to vote for their own company.

If you haven’t found the answer to your question or have any further inquiries, feel free to reach out to Nikita via PM at AFFHUB Media. See you at AFFHUB CPA VOICE 2026 “Angels & Demons.”
