Website Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the website affhub.media (the “Site”), owned by Individual Entrepreneur Melnyk Andrii, registration No. 3665505435, address: 01001, Ukraine, Kyiv, Volodymyra Maiakovskoho Ave., build. 20, Housing A, fl. 71 (the “Owner”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. Access to the Site

  • The Site is intended for persons aged 21 and over.
  • Access to the Site’s content is free, except where certain features require additional conditions.
  • You use the Site for lawful purposes and do not take actions that may disrupt its operation or security (including automated data collection that creates excessive load, attempts at unauthorized access, or distribution of malicious code).

2. Use of Site Content

The Site’s content (texts, images, design, logos, structure) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Owner or the respective authors.

  • the text does not infringe third-party rights or these Terms;
  • the text does not contain hidden advertising. Content with advertising or affiliate links requires prior approval from the editorial team.

Blogs reflect the author’s point of view, which does not necessarily match the editorial position.

5. Rights to User Content and Moderation

  • The author of a comment or a text in “Blogs” retains copyright in their content.
  • By posting content, you grant the Owner a free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use it on the Site and in its official channels for the purposes of operating and promoting the Site.
  • The Owner may, without notice, decline to publish, edit for technical reasons (formatting, correcting errors), hide, or remove any user content that it considers to violate these Terms or the law, and may restrict access for users who systematically violate the Terms.
  • The Owner is not obliged to review all user content in advance, but does consider reports of violations. If you notice a violation, write to [email protected] with a link to the material.

6. Informational Nature of Content

The Site’s content is informational and educational and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. Results in affiliate and performance marketing depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee any income or outcome from applying the approaches described. All decisions are made by you independently and at your own risk, including with regard to advertising platform rules and the laws of your jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, in the courts of Ukraine in accordance with applicable law.
