Criteria for including a company in the directory
The Affhub.Media catalog helps readers find affiliate programs, services, and teams in affiliate and performance marketing. Below we describe the terms under which companies are added to the catalog and the criteria we use when deciding on a listing.
1. Catalog Sections
- Affiliate Programs — affiliate networks and programs working with webmasters and media buyers.
- Services — tools and solutions for media buyers.
- Teams — media buying and affiliate teams that cooperate with partners or hire specialists.
2. Commercial Basis of Listings
Being listed in the catalog is a paid advertising service. Terms and pricing are available on request at [email protected].
Please note:
- payment does not guarantee a listing: we may decline if a company does not meet the criteria below;
- a catalog listing is not an editorial recommendation or rating;
- payment does not affect editorial content and reviews, which are created independently under our Editorial Policy;
- a company’s position in the list is determined by a pricing plan.
3. General Criteria
For any section, a company must:
- operate lawfully and have a verifiable legal entity or an identifiable person responsible for the project;
- have a working website, up-to-date contacts, and functioning support;
- provide accurate information about itself, its products, and terms, without misleading;
- not offer illegal services and not violate advertising platform rules or the law;
- have no systemic, well-founded complaints from users or partners;
- be ready to promptly update its information and respond to inquiries.
4. Additional Criteria by Section
Affiliate Programs
- an actually operating program with active payouts to partners;
- transparent terms: rates, hold, payout schedule and methods, traffic requirements;
- clear communication with partners (manager, support).
Services
- the product is available for use, with a description of features and pricing;
- advertising matches the product’s real capabilities;
- user support and basic customer data protection measures are in place;
- no malware and no illegal functionality.
Teams
- open information about the team and its area of work (traffic channels, verticals);
- transparent terms of cooperation with partners or employment;
- a verifiable market reputation and no cases of fraud.
5. How Review Works
- The company sends an application to [email protected] with information about itself.
- The editorial team checks compliance with the criteria [using public sources and the information provided].
- We agree on the terms and payment for the listing.
- After payment, the company is published in the catalog.
We may request additional confirmation and reserve the right to decline a listing without giving reasons.
6. Grounds for Removal from the Catalog
We may suspend or end a listing if:
- a violation of the criteria or false information is discovered;
- well-founded complaints are received that the company has not resolved;
- the company has ceased operations or lost contact;
- the listing contradicts the law or platform rules.
Removal for violations does not entitle the company to a refund [except as provided by the agreement].
7. Updates and Complaints
Noticed an inaccuracy in a company’s listing or have a complaint? Write to [email protected] with a link to the page. We will review the request and, if necessary, correct or remove the information.
